Scrunch tracks all active platforms within your prompt monitoring configuration. When you create or edit prompts, you can select which specific platforms to monitor based on your strategic priorities. You can view and break down results by platform in Explorer using the ai_platform dimension, which displays as: OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode, Meta, and Grok.
Note: Grok no longer contributes citation data. Presence, ranking, and sentiment metrics from Grok are unaffected and continue to be tracked as normal.
Adding New Platforms
Scrunch continuously evaluates demand for additional AI platforms. If you need monitoring for a platform not currently supported, reach out to your account team. Platform additions are prioritized based on customer needs and market adoption.
