Products View
The Products section displays a searchable and sortable table of all your products appearing in AI shopping results. Each product includes position trends, ratings, pricing, and retailer coverage data.

Retailers Analysis
The Retailers section shows which retailers carry your products in AI shopping results. This includes a breakdown of direct-to-consumer (DTC) versus third-party retailer traffic, retailer share of shelf over time, and first position win rates by retailer.
You can also view co-occurrence trends and a scatter chart plotting retailer positioning. Drill into any retailer for a more detailed view of their performance.
Competitors Comparison
The Competitors section provides share of shelf breakdowns comparing your brand to competitors. You'll see first-position rates, co-occurrence analysis showing which competitors appear alongside your products, and a scatter chart plotting competitive positioning.
This data helps you understand where you stand in the competitive landscape of AI recommendations.
Prompts Exploration
The Prompts section lets you browse every prompt that generates shopping results. For each prompt, you can see brand versus competitor product counts and identify specific prompts where competitors appear but your brand does not.
This view is particularly valuable for discovering content gaps and opportunities to improve your AI visibility.
Key Metrics to Track
Share of Shelf: The percentage of AI shopping results your brand owns compared to competitors.
First Position Rate: How often your product appears as the number one recommendation in AI results.
DTC vs Third-Party Split: Whether AI platforms are directing users to your brand website or to third-party retailers.
Retailer Share Trends: Which retailers are gaining or losing presence in AI recommendations over time.
When Shopping Data Appears
Shopping tiles and data appear in Scrunch only when AI platforms return shopping results within their responses. Not all product mentions include shopping cards, so the presence of shopping data depends on how the AI platform formats its response.
