What it means

What to do

You do not have permission to generate content for this brand.

Only brand admins, and members with content editor access, can start drafts. A brand admin gives that access in Configure → Site Optimization → Content editors.

Ask a brand admin to give you access.

Scores and checks

You see

What it means

What to do

Nobody is cited for these prompts yet

AI doesn't cite any page for these prompts yet, so there's nothing to compare with.

Nothing. The draft is still yours to use. It just has no score.

Not checked yet

Scrunch hasn't checked yet whether a page on your site answers these prompts.

Nothing. You can still draft for them.

We could not read the pages we benchmark against

The cited pages couldn't be read, so there's no score.

After you edit the page, choose Rescore page from the ⋯ menu to try again.

The claim check didn't finish

Some claims weren't checked against your sources, for example on a page with more than 40 claims.

Read the claims yourself before you publish.

Voice not checked

Set up your voice guide for future drafts.

The rescore didn't finish.

Rescoring your edits failed.

Someone else saved the draft, for example in another tab.

Scrunchie couldn't suggest a change.

The edit request didn't go through.

Try again, or reword the request.

That's too much to change at once. or This page is too long for Scrunchie to read whole.

The request, or the page, is too big for Scrunchie to handle in one go.

Select a smaller passage and ask about that.

FAQ

Does Scrunch publish the page to my site?

No. You export the page and publish it in your own CMS. Then choose Mark as published and add the page's address. See Export and publish.

Can I write about something I don't track yet?

Drafts are written for the prompts you track. To write about something new, add a prompt for it in Configure → Prompt Templates, then start a draft from it. The prompt needs a topic first (topics are in Configure → Prompt Organization).

Where do the facts in a draft come from?

Only from Knowledge Studio documents someone on your team has approved, your brand description, and any note you add when you start the draft. Anything else is flagged for you to check.

Why is my Selection score below 50%?

50% means even with the pages AI cites today. Below 50%, those pages are still more likely to be chosen. Add what they don't have, like your own data, customer stories, and numbers, then rescore.

Can I undo my edits?

Use Reject on any suggestion you don't want. To start over, choose Revert to the written draft from the ⋯ menu.

Who can delete a draft?

Brand admins, and members with the Editor brand role. Content editor access alone isn't enough. Deleting removes the draft from Content Generation. It doesn't change anything on your site.
