Understanding the Home Page Metrics and Layout

Learn about the redesigned Home page metrics: Competitive Presence, Top Brands, Citation Rate, and the new AI Readiness tile.

What the Home Page Shows

The Home page is your dashboard snapshot of how AI models perceive your brand. It displays key performance metrics, recent changes, and actionable next steps all in one place. After a recent redesign, the page now surfaces Competitive Presence, Top Brands, Citation Rate, and a new AI Readiness tile to help you assess and improve your AI visibility at a glance.


Competitive Presence

What it measures
Competitive Presence tracks how often your brand appears in AI responses compared to your competitors across your monitored prompt set. A higher score means AI models are surfacing your brand more frequently relative to others in your category.

Why it matters

Top Brands

What it shows
The Top Brands section lists the competitors appearing most frequently in AI responses across your prompt set. This lets you quickly identify which brands are dominating the AI search landscape in your category.

How to use it
Use this list to benchmark your performance against the most cited competitors and prioritize optimization efforts. If a competitor consistently ranks above you, investigate their content strategy and citation patterns using the Explorer tab.


Citation Rate

What it measures
Citation Rate is the percentage of monitored prompts where your brand receives at least one citation in AI responses. This metric replaced the previous "Total Citations" count to give you a clearer view of how consistently AI models reference your brand.

What it Flags

AI Readiness Tile

What it does
The new AI Readiness tile assesses your brand's optimization status across key factors like Context quality, Prompt coverage, and Sitemap configuration. It surfaces immediate action items to improve your AI visibility.

How to act on it
Click the tile to see specific recommendations. Common next steps include adding prompts, refining your AI Context, or uploading a sitemap to ensure AI crawlers can discover your content.

Quick win: Tackle the top recommendation in the AI Readiness tile first. Even small improvements here can produce measurable gains in Brand Presence and Citation Rate within a few data collection cycles.


Common Use Cases

  • Weekly check-ins: Use the Home page to spot week-over-week trends in Competitive Presence and Citation Rate before drilling into Explorer for root causes.

  • Competitive intelligence: Monitor the Top Brands list for new entrants or shifts in competitor visibility, then investigate their strategies in the Citations tab.
